You can choose from the following options to pay for your oda orders:

  • Paypal
  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
  • Cash on Delivery
  • Apple Pay is only available as a payment method for selected countries on our oda mobile view and app only, when using a supported device. If Apple Pay is available for your country, you will see this payment option at checkout.

Delivery Method

Express transportation company providing luxury service for their customers inside of Saudi Arabia, it takes care of the quality of delivery and shipments when buying through Oda marketplace, delivery service includes on demand app:

  • Immediate delivery: will be delivered within tow hour's .
  • Same day delivery: will be delivered within end of the day.
  • Express delivery: within 3-5 days.

We take care of all luxury products of packaging and delivery.

Returns Policy

To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer free returns for the products that for some reasons did not met our customer's expectations. You can create a return request right from your customer account.

How it work?

How does On demand app/Global & Local /Same-day delivery and next-day delivery work?
For certain express items, you can request that they be delivered on the Immediate /same day or the next day if that was not their original delivery estimate. Please note that it is not available for all express items.

You'll see a banner or test on each product's description page that lets you know whether an item is available for Immediate /same day or for next-day delivery. Please note that both options cannot be available at the same time.

At checkout, you'll be able to select Immediate /same day or next-day delivery as an option which will then apply to eligible express items in your cart. Upon selection, a fixed price fee will be applied.

Please note that we do not make deliveries on Friday. Therefore, Immediate /same day delivery is not available as an option on Friday and next-day delivery is not available on Thursday. Immediate /same day and/or next-day delivery availability and how much it costs depends on the city we're delivering to. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer it in all cities yet. Below are the eligible cities.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Riyadh & Jeddah & Dammam Immediate /same day delivery is available for certain express items. Orders for these items must be placed between 12 AM and 12 PM on the same day. Next-day delivery is not currently available for these cities.
